People Engagement - Special Senior Management Programme Module 4

This workshop exposes participants to human resource management best practices and strategies. It is cascaded from the Executive and Senior Management Programme to lower levels of public service management as a proactive strategy in preparing them for future executive positions.

Learning Outcomes

  • Participants will acquire knowledge of Human Resource best practices and strategies
  • Participants will apply sound HR practices in the management of human resource, specifically in the areas of performance management and development of human capital
  • Participants will prepare a plan to enable leaders to create a climate in which their people would like to do their best towards goal achievement
