Who We Are

The Botswana Public Service College (BPSC) was established by Presidential Directive No. 13/2008 under the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM), Ministry of State President.

Since commencing operations in 2010, BPSC has served as Botswana's premier institution for public service learning and development, providing capacity-building programmes that equip public officers with the leadership, management and professional competencies required to effectively serve the nation.

BPSC exists to provide capacity building of public officers at all levels through:

  • Leadership and public administration competencies.
  • Support for Government reforms and innovation.
  • Research and professional advisory services.
