Performance Measurement

The Performance Measurement programme aims to equip managers and supervisors with the knowledge and skills required to develop and monitor SMART objectives within the Public Service.

Learning Outcomes

  • Participants will learn how to build and sustain a culture of high performance, achievement, and customer orientation within the Public Service.
  • Participants will practise aligning individual and organisational objectives while applying objective approaches to measuring performance results.
  • Participants will learn how to clarify expectations to ensure clarity on what must be done and how performance will be measured.
