The Role of Dikgosi and Councillors

A programme aimed at enhancing the role of Councilors and Bogosi to enable them effectively contribute to Botswana’s Transformation agenda. This programme equips Dikgosi and Councilors with the requisite knowledge and skills for them to effectively engage, participate in, and meaningfully apply vision 2036.

Learning Outcomes

• Participants will understand Botswana’s intergovernmental relations, operations and the statutory responsibilities of the different levels of government as well as project respectable behavior befitting their leadership positions.
