Protocol and Etiquette
This programme focuses on teaching public service officers government protocols as well as appropriate behaviours, customs, and formalities required for professional and social interactions, particularly within business and official contexts.
Learning Outcomes
- Participants will have increased confidence in formal settings such as business meetings and staff functions through understanding when and how to apply appropriate behaviour and protocol.
- Participants will learn how to navigate hierarchical structures with tact and respect, ensuring proper deference and adherence to established procedures in both social and business contexts.
- Participants will learn how to manage complex social situations with grace and foster positive professional relationships.
