Training of Trainers
This programme provides public officers with the knowledge and skills required to design, deliver, and assess training programmes. It covers the full training cycle, including assessing and analysing needs, developing learning objectives, designing and developing programmes, implementing training, and evaluating effectiveness using the ADDIE model.
