Work Improvement Teams Strategy
This programme focuses on developing the skills and strategies required to manage teams effectively. It is aimed at improving workplace efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The programme promotes the establishment of employee-led teams with the sole purpose of improving performance and quality of service by removing performance impediments. Participants are equipped with problem analysis skills and the ability to follow through on action plans.
